InFocus: Holiday shopping protections and supporting the local economy

CHICOPEE, Mass. (WWLP) - The 2016 Holiday shopping season is in full swing. Thousands of people will brave the cold and hit the stores for best Black Friday sales.  Just how important are the end of the year holidays to our economy?
