- 1 Small head cabbage
- 1 Pound hot sausage
- Sweet peppers
- Jalapeno pepper
- Boil sausages in soup pot with water, simmer for one hour. Remove sausage
- In soup pot sautee cabbage, onions and sliced peppers until onions have color
- Add broth and boil, add sausage sliced. simmer 45 minutes
