InFocus: Social services for winter financial hardships

Some agencies are seeing more young people facing financial hard times and are in need of support services.

CHICOPEE, Mass. (WWLP) – Winter is quickly approaching. The cold weather brings extra expenses, and for people who are homeless or struggling financially, extra burdens.
