WEST SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) – A tractor trailer rollover on I-91 South in West Springfield caused traffic delays during the morning commute on Monday.

Massachusetts State Police Trooper John O’Rourke told 22News Exit 13B has been reopened. It was closed for hours as crews repaired a guard rail damaged in that area in the tractor trailer rollover accident. For some time, traffic was only able to get through one lane Monday morning, causing backup near Holyoke.
