CHICOPEE, Mass. (WWLP) – From kindergarten to college thousands of students, and their families, are making the transition from summer vacation to back-to-school mode. For some students it can be an exciting time, but for others it triggers anxiety.

This week on 22News InFocus we’ll be discussing both physical and mental health issues that can be associated with returning to school. Our guests will provide information on ideas and programs that parents can use to help support anxious children and reduce the stress of a new routine.

We’ll also be discussing health issues for students of all ages, including how keeping physically active, proper nutrition and sleep play a role in maintaining good physical and mental health.
