Suffield police making progress in CVS theft investigation

SUFFIELD, Conn. (WWLP)  – Police in Suffield, Connecticut say that they have gathered new information on a series of thefts at the CVS on Mountain Road (Route 168).

Officers located a red Saturn sedan in Enfield that matched the description of the one seen driving off after multiple thefts in April and May. In a news release sent to 22News, Suffield police said that Enfield police had pulled the car over for having improper license plates.

They arrested 26 year-old Jeremiah Fitzgerald-  who had no listed address- on a charge of driving with a suspended license. They also arrested Michael Tatavitto, 28, of Enfield on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Suffield Police say that this led to new information on the pharmacy thefts, and they expect more arrests soon.
