Posture Exercises:

1. Floor Prone Pec Stretch
2a. Standing (static) dumbbell hold
2b. Standing (static) dumbbell hold- single arm variation
3. Standing (arms at 45 degrees) Supination

These exercises are easy to execute and can be performed daily.
