Be part of the DOG AWARE Generation
As babies hit their developmental milestones, the family dynamics within the home will begin to change and may affect the family dog.
The Dogs & Toddlers workshop provides education for parents, grandparents, and any child caregiver on reading dog body language, recognizing
signs of stress, being proactive and thinking ahead, and setting up the home for safe and successful interactions.
The goal of the workshop is to keep children safe, prevent dogs from being relinquished to a shelter, and reduce stress for the parents.
The workshop will discuss common trouble spots between dogs and toddlers and offer positive, practical solutions to address those challenges.
