Police make drug arrest near cemetery in Ware

WARE, Mass. (WWLP) – Ware Police arrested two men on Monday after they were allegedly caught with heroin.

According to the Ware Police Facebook page, officers were patrolling on Pleasant Street around 4:30 p.m. Monday, when they saw a vehicle parked in the Mt. Carmel Cemetery parking lot.

Police said the officer’s noticed the two men inside the vehicle, 41-year-old Michael Couture and 25-year-old Alexander Labier, both from Ware, allegedly acting suspicious.

After an investigation, police said Couture and Labier were arrested and both charged with Possession of a Class A substance (Heroin).
