Connecticut state police send advisory about snow

There have been more than 130 crashes since 2 o'clock this morning

CONNECTICUT (WWLP) – State police in our neighboring state of Connecticut have sent out a social media advisory about today’s snow.

They are advising drivers to be very careful on the highway. Even though the snow has stopped falling, the state police say they’ve been busy dealing with accidents.

More than 130 crashes since 2 o’clock this morning and more than 160 spin outs and disabled vehicles. They are also reminding drivers to remove snow and ice from the roof of your vehicles before you start driving.
