SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) – Two Springfield elementary school students were evaluated at the hospital after another student brought a tattoo device on a school bus.

Springfield Public Schools Spokeswoman Azell Cavaan told 22News the incident happened Wednesday morning as the students were on their way to the Harris Elementary School.

Cavaan said two students came in contact with the device. They were brought to the hospital as a precaution.

Cavaan said its unclear how the student got the device.
