Police eventually stopped them, and officers allegedly found a gun in the jacket of one of the men, 23-year-old Christian Olivo.

Olivo was arrested, and is being charged with:

  • Carrying a firearm without a license
  • Discharging a firearm within 500 ft. of a building
  • Possession of a high-capacity feeding device
  • Possession of ammunition

He is scheduled to be arraigned Monday at Springfield District Court.
