17 year-old in critical condition after Pittsfield shooting

Victim suffered single gunshot wound to the chest

PITTSFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) – A 17 year-old boy is in critical but stable condition following a shooting in Pittsfield late last week.

According to a Pittsfield Police news release, officers found the victim shortly before 11:30 Friday night, after receiving a report of shots fired in the area of 391 North Street.

The victim was suffering from a single gunshot wound to the chest.
