WESTFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) – Westfield is known for its successful summer produce markets. Organizers hope that Saturday’s inaugural winter market also met with the public’s approval. As it does during summer, the church of the atonement on court street hosted their first ever winter market.
Deborah Randzio, the Market Manager said “we have a few more crafters here, winter produce, squash, pumpkin like that, baked goods that we don’t have in summer.”
A good crowd turned out to buy from the 14 vendors. The Westfield farmers market has scheduled a second winter produce market at the Church of the Atonement, for Saturday, December 10th.
