Springfield Police looking to identify suspect they say stole winter coats

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) – Springfield Police are looking for the public’s help identifying a suspect they say stole $500 worth of winter coats.

Springfield Police Sgt. John Delaney told 22News on October 8 at around 4 p.m. a suspect walked into the Marshall’s located at 1400 Boston Road, and stole the winter coats and walked out the front door holding the stolen coats.

The suspect then entered a white Cadillac in the parking lot and drove away, said Delaney.

The man is described as white, around 30 years of age, 5’10” to 6′ tall, and brown hair, said Delaney.
