(WFLA) A Florida assistant principal has been placed on leave and facing charges after allegedly overdosing on a marijuana-laced cookie.
Anclote High School Assistant Principal Donna Lynch Haff was arrested Monday.
Deputies said Haff got sick Sunday after eating the cookie and was rushed to St. Joseph Hospital North in Tampa.
Investigators said Haff got the cookie from her daughter because she wanted to try it for her 50th birthday.
Her 19-year-old daughter is also facing charges in the case.
