Mike Messer, Store Director of Big Y in West Springfield told 22News, “It’s become a regular thing, whenever disaster strikes, people in the community respond and we’re there to lend a hand.”

“We want to thank Big Y, we want to thank the community and let you know we’re out here everyday of the week, 24/7, making sure that people are protected,” said Brandford Campbell, Chapter Chair of the Western Massachusetts Red Cross.
