Massachusetts volunteers spend 24 hours in cages for charity

Their mission is to raise awareness and hopefully get the dogs adopted

(NECN) The dogs at the Cape Ann Animal Aid Shelter in Gloucester, Massachusetts had some unlikely kennel neighbors Friday.

Volunteers spent 24 hours in the cages to experience the life of shelter dogs.

Their mission is simple: raise awareness of what these animals go through and hopefully get the dogs adopted.
