Chicopee police looking to identify armed robbery suspects

The Quik Mart has had 2 armed robberies since October 30th said Chicopee Police.

CHICOPEE, Mass. (WWLP) – Chicopee Police are looking for the public’s help identifying two people they believe robbed the Quik Mart on Chicopee Street, one of them twice.

Chicopee Police Officer Michael Wilk told 22News the Quik Mart at 452 Chicopee Street has had two armed robberies since October 30.

The first armed robbery on October 30 happened around 10 p.m. when a man and woman allegedly entered the store and engaged the employee in conversation. They walked around the store, and at some point, the woman showed a knife, demanding money from the clerk, said Wilk.

The suspects took an undetermined amount of cash and ran, said Wilk.

On Tuesday, around 7:45 p.m., police believe the same man entered the store, showed a knife, and demanded money. The man took an undetermined amount of money and ran, said Wilk.
