Farley-Bouvier re-elected in 3rd Berkshire District

PITTSFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) – Democrat Tricia Farley-Bouvier will continue to represent the 3rd Berkshire District in the Massachusetts House of Representatives.

With all precincts reporting, Farley-Bouvier has come out on top with 11,712 votes or 66% to independent Christopher Connell’s 5,942 votes or 34%.

Farley-Bouvier was first elected to the House of Representatives in 2011. She was the only incumbent local legislator to face a primary challenge this September, when she defeated fellow Pittsfield Democrat Michael Bloomberg. Connell represents Ward 4 on the Pittsfield City Council.

The 3rd Berkshire District includes nearly all of the city of Pittsfield, except for Precinct B of Ward 1.
