Task Force arrested 2 in North Adams drug bust

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. (WWLP) – A man and a woman were arrested on Friday for allegedly selling crack cocaine and heroin in the City of North Adams.

According to the North Adams Police Facebook page, the Berkshire County Drug Task Force issued a search warrant in the city. As a result, police said they found evidence of the manufacturing and distribution of crack cocaine, and possession of heroin.

Police arrested Matthew Schilling and Nicole Gyurasz. Both are being charged with the following:

  • Manufacturing a Class B (Crack cocaine) Substance
  • Conspiracy to Violate Drug Laws – To wit Distribution of Crack Cocaine
  • Possession of Class A Substance (Heroin)
