West Springfield Police looking to identify theft suspects

WEST SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) –  West Springfield Police are asking the public for help in identifying two suspects they say stole rims and tires from Central Chevrolet.

Detective Matthew Mattina from the West Springfield Police Department told 22News the robbery happened October 18 at the dealership located at 675 Memorial Ave.

Mattina said theft of sports-style rims has been a recent problem throughout the city, with both dealerships and private driveways being targeted.

Police are asking anyone with information on the two suspects or recent thefts to call their detective bureau at 413-263-3210.
