Bondsville home damaged in fire

Crews controlled the fire within 40 minutes

BONDSVILLE, Mass. (WWLP) – A home in Palmer’s Bondsville section was damaged by an overnight fire.

Bondsville Fire Department dispatcher Andrew Golas told 22News the fire happened at 3032 South High Street. Calls came in around midnight Friday, and within 40 minutes, crews had the flames under control.

Dispatcher Golas said the fire was limited to a wall in the living area of the residence.

Golas said no one was hurt, but it wasn’t clear early Friday morning, whether those living in the home would be able to stay.
