Wind Advisory for all of western Massachusetts

Winds are able to take down weak tree limbs

CHICOPEE, Mass. (WWLP) – The National Weather Service has issued a Wind Advisory for all of western Massachusetts until 6pm Sunday.

Winds will continue blowing from the west at 15-30 MPH, with gusts up to 55 MPH in Berkshire County. For the Pioneer Valley expect winds from the west from 15-25 MPH, with gusts up to 45 MPH.

Strong winds can blow around unsecured objects and make driving difficult at times. Isolated power outages are also possible through the day Sunday.

Winds will slowly fade by late Sunday afternoon, but it will still be a bit breezy Sunday night.
