North Adams Police seize crack cocaine, 2 arrested

Two men were arrested, one from New Jersey, one from North Adams

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. (WWLP) – North Adams Police arrested two men following an investigation into the distribution of crack cocaine.

North Adams Police say the investigation was into the distribution of crack cocaine, which was brought from New Jersey, and sold within North Adams.

George Jackson was arrested, originally from New Jersey, and Brett Logan of North Adams was arrested, said North Adams  Police.

Police seized crack cocaine, distribution/packaging paraphernalia, cash, and ammunition, said North Adams Police.

Jackson is charged with manufacturing class B substance (crack cocaine), possession of ammunition without FID or LTC, and fugitive from justice based on an outstanding arrest warrant from New Jersey. Logan is charged with possession of a class b substance (crack cocaine) with intent to distribute, said North Adams Police.
