Three dishes with Hadley Farms Meeting House’s Chef

HADLEY, Mass. (Mass Appeal)  Looking for a new location for events, meetings and weddings? The Hadley Farms Meeting House might be your dream destination with their own in-house catering.  Food and beverage director John Piskor told us about their in-house catering and made:



  • Surf and turf with asparagus and cream sauce
  • Popovers with braised beef
  • Scallops and sweet potato risotto

About the Hadley Farms Meeting House:
Hadley Farms Meeting House is nestled in the Hampton Village Barn Shops on Route 9 in Hadley, Massachusetts. A banquet and meeting hall designed for events, meetings and weddings. This multi-use space offers a lounge, open to hotel guests and public Tuesday through Saturday nights; a beautiful deck and pre-function space for cocktail receptions and ceremonies; the ballroom, decorated in purples and greens, is ideal for gatherings big and small. The ballroom can be divided into three smaller spaces for breakout space and meetings – Norwottuck Room, Quabbin Room and Stockbridge Room. The full room can set up to 240 for dinners and events and 200 for weddings. Each smaller space can seat up to 80 for sit down events.
