Florida Panthers assigned 4 players to Thunderbirds

They could be receiving three more

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) – The Florida Panthers assigned four players to the Springfield Thunderbirds.

The Florida Panthers President of Hockey Operations Dale Tallon announced that the Panthers have reduced their training camp roster to 27 players.

The four players are forwards Connor Brickley, Dryden Hunt, and Kyle Rau, and defenseman MacKenzie Weegar.

Forward Logan Shaw, defenseman Jakub Kindl, and goaltender Reto Berra have been placed on waivers and upon clearing waivers will report to the Thunderbirds.
