Springfield police investigating shooting in South End

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) – Springfield police are looking into a shooting in the city’s South End early Friday afternoon.

Springfield Police Sgt. John Delaney told 22News that officers found a man suffering from two gunshot wounds in the area of Main Street and Arlington Court. He is being treated at Baystate Medical Center, where Delaney said he is in serious, but stable condition.

Police are looking for three suspects who drove north on Main Street in a dark-colored car.
