Overcoming bad posture

CHICOPEE, Mass. (Mass Appeal)  Do you slouch all day?  Ryan Woods, of Enfuse Fitness helped us overcome bad posture.

Simple tips to improve posture:

  • Find a supportive desk chair that encourages better posture.
  • Set your monitor height appropriately so you are forced sit up tall.
  • Avoid the use of shoes with an elevated heel.
  • Reduce the weight of our children’s backpacks.
  • Use an alarm that encourages you to stand / walk and move around frequently.
