Simple tips to improve posture:
- Find a supportive desk chair that encourages better posture.
- Set your monitor height appropriately so you are forced sit up tall.
- Avoid the use of shoes with an elevated heel.
- Reduce the weight of our children’s backpacks.
- Use an alarm that encourages you to stand / walk and move around frequently.
