AGAWAM, Mass. (WWLP) – If you’re taking advantage of the warmer temperatures, it’s important you are staying hydrated. With the kids back to school and parents back to work, it’s important to make sure your keeping yourself healthy. Getting enough sleep, staying active, and drinking enough water is key.
But you can’t track how much water your kids are drinking at school, so 22News went to Active Life & Fitness in Agawam to find out a trick you can do to make sure your kids are staying hydrated. “Kids actually love water bottles,” exercise physiologist Ashley Brodeur explained. “So if you get them their own water bottle they will more inclined to drink water versus giving them a cup. That’s a good trick to use with kids.”
When at work, try and drink as much water as caffeinated drinks. For adults you, can use a water bottle that has measurements on the side to track your amount.
