Learn how to make pulled pork from a BBQ professional

CHICOPEE, Mass. (Mass Appeal) – Learn how to make pulled pork the professional way, from a BBQ master himself! George Giotsas from Little Mark’s Big BBQ showed us how to make his delicious pulled pork recipe.

Pulled Pork

Rub:
2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup chili powder
1/2 cup paprika
1/2 cup salt
1/2 cup oregano
1/2 cup black pepper

Pork:
Use a 5 pound boneless pork butt.
Rub the butt with the rib rub.
Cook by: roasting, smoking, or in slow cooker for 12 hours.

After the pork is done pull the pork by removing all the fat and breaking it down.

Sauce:
Ketchup
Brown Sugar
Citrus Blend (with the pulp)
Apple Cider Vinegar
Molasses
Worcestershire Sauce
Hot Sauce
Chopped Garlic
Chili Powder
Black Pepper
Salt

Pour sauce over the pulled pork

Serve on a plate or in a bun.
