East Longmeadow High School student charged with 2 counts of rape

The 18 year-old had originally been charged with two counts of rape and one count of indecent assault and battery in connection with the April 2 incident.

According to the official report from the East Longmeadow Police, Becker and the alleged victims had been attending a party at a house on Allen Street, and stayed there to sleep after the festivities were broken up. The young women told police that they had been sleeping, and were awoken to find Becker violating them.

The police report claimed that Becker denied any sexual contact with one of the alleged victims, and said that he thought his actions toward the other young woman were okay because she did not stop him.

Becker’s attorney, Thomas Rooke, told 22News that his client will be able to serve his probation in Ohio, where he will be attending college.
