Police officer refused service from McDonalds

(KPRC) An off-duty Texas police officer was refused service at a McDonald’s this week for being a police officer.

The incident was with one employee who personally does not have a positive view of law enforcement.

The officer was served after other employees stepped in and the employee who refused to serve him was fired immediately.

“The actions of that one employee do not reflect the beliefs or opinions of management, the owners, or the McDonald’s company as a whole. We would like to thank the owners of McDonald’s for their continued support and for seeing that this issue has been resolved,” Police Chief Craig Goodman says.
