Medical marijuana dispensary proposal delayed in Holyoke

This is the company's second try to open a dispensary

HOLYOKE, Mass. (WWLP) – The Holyoke City Council was supposed to address a proposed medical marijuana dispensary in their City Tuesday night, but that was delayed.

Debilitating Medical Condition Treatment Centers Incorporated wants to build a dispensary on Beaulieu Street near Springdale Park. The company delayed Tuesday’s appearance, and said they’ll submit a formal site plan in August.

This is the company’s second try to open a dispensary. They were previously denied a license because of financial reporting questions, but no wrongdoing was found.
