AYER, Mass. (AP) — A husband and wife and their two adult children are accused of operating a drug lab in the family’s Massachusetts home.

63-year-old Bradley Heath Sr.; his wife, 61-year-old Diana Heath; their son, 22-year-old Bradley Heath II; and their daughter, 28-year-old Linley Heath were arraigned Wednesday on charges of manufacturing nearly pure THC, one of the active ingredients in marijuana. Two family friends are also facing charges.

Local and federal authorities executed a warrant at the Westford home around 8 a.m. Wednesday, where they discovered the lab in the basement. Authorities allege the defendants were manufacturing butane honey oil, which contains a potent amount of THC.

The defendants are due back in court June 27.

It’s unclear whether they have lawyers.

A phone number listed for the family rang unanswered Wednesday.
