CHICOPEE, Mass. (Mass Appeal) – Personal Trainers Tyler Pratt and Ryan Woods from Enfuse Fitness in Enfield, Connecticut, joined us in studio for tips on making tasty and healthy lemon chicken.
8oz organic chicken breast 1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tbsp capers
Salt and pepper
8 oz broccoli
Pan sear chicken and brown on both sides.
Add butter, lemon juice, capers, parsley and garlic to the pan.
Stir sauce around.
Add broccoli and cover for five minutes
Remove from heat and serve.
