CHICOPEE, Mass. (Mass Appeal) – For over 65 years, agencies across the country have been observing May as Mental Health Awareness Month.
Joining us to share more about their theme “Mental Health Matters” are Allison Garriss and Karin Jeffers from Clinical Support Options.
Mental Health Awareness Month
For over 65 years, agencies across the country have been observing May as Mental Health Awareness Month.
This year, CSO is celebrating with the theme “MENTAL HEALTH MATTERS”. In effort to reduce stigma and remind people that good mental health is a part of “total health”, CSO is spreading the message that their mental health matters! There are agencies that can help and support people no matter where in their journey they are. We are using this month and this message to further help and guide people on how to identify mental health issues and how to access treatment.
