(WFLA) A Wednesday demonstration in downtown Tampa, Florida highlighted the training of Special Forces members.
Armed with the best equipment and training, they stormed in by boat and helicopter to carry out their rescue mission.
“To come here and showcase frankly was a little easier. It was daylight. Everything was on our terms, good weather, no bad guys; the manatees didn’t interfere, no lightning, but the interoperability was already there,” Special Forces Lt. Col. Chris Robishaw said.
The impressive show of force also wowed spectators who lined up to witness this military might.
“I sleep better at night now knowing that that’s what they do,” Lance Sturgis said.
