Driver apparently upset teens were riding bikes in parking lot

PALMER, Mass. (WWLP) – A suspect has been arrested after allegedly targeting several teens with his truck in Palmer.

Palmer Police Lt. Chris Burns told 22News around 5:00 Sunday evening, the driver allegedly went after the teens on North Main Street (Route 20) in the town’s Depot Plaza. No one was hurt, and the suspect was found and arrested less than two hours later.

Lt. Burns said the cause of the incident is still being determined, but that the driver was apparently upset that the teens were riding bikes in the plaza’s parking lot.
