Diet of the Week: Anti-Inflammatory Diet

CHICOPEE, Mass. (Mass Appeal)  Every week, Seth is trying out a diet plan – this week: Anti-Inflammatory Diet.  His tour guide is Dr. Laura Christoph, a professor of nutrition at Holyoke Community College.

Anti-Inflammatory Diet: Foods that lower inflammation. It helps to reduce cardiovascular disease, cancer and more!

Pros:

  • Easy to do
  • Features all nutrients
  • Healthy

Cons:

  • Expensive
  • Harder to eat seasonally
  • Hard to cut out foods
  • Difficult to find non-GMO soy product
