Nearly 40-percent of millennials name their cars according to the study. The most popular names: Betsy, Baby, Bessie, Bob, and Buddy. They also chose “Ol’ Faithful” and “Ol’ Reliable”.

Colors that ranked near the top for millennials included red, silver and blue. The study also all age groups are taking on minor repairs and vehicle upkeep on their own. We’re talking tires, lights, and brakes.

The study cited easy access to car parts online as one of the reasons for this trend.
