Ranch Green Beans

Ingredients:

6 oz. fresh green beans
1 tsp. butter
1/2 tsp. Ranch dressing mix

Directions:

Boil or steam green beans until tender crisp and set aside. In an 8″ skillet, heat butter over high heat. Add beans and sprinkle with dressing mix. Toss for 1 minute or until hot. Serve immediately.

NOTES. Boiling the green beans for 6 minutes rather than steaming, will hold their form and not look shriveled.
