CHICOPEE, Mass. (WWLP) – Parts of western Massachusetts could see some light accumulating snow Friday, as snow showers, rain showers and flurries move through the area. 22News Storm Team Meteorologist Nick Bannin says that the Berkshires and the Worcester Hills would be most likely to see any accumulation.
“I don’t expect any accumulation in the lower Pioneer Valley, but in the hills east and west of the Connecticut River, we could see a few spots with a dusting or a wet coating,” Bannin said.
The snow showers are expected to move in from late morning through early this evening, though they could stick around for longer in the Berkshires. For a look at where temperatures are headed for the weekend, check out your latest 22News Storm Team Forecast.
