BOSTON (WWLP) – Governor Charlie Baker will give his first State of the Commonwealth address Thursday night. On Wednesday, the governor told 22News what issues Massachusetts residents can expect him to cover.
“I’m going to talk about opioids, we’re making progress there but we’ve got a long way to go. I’ll talk a little bit about how we see some of the issues we’re going to face with respect to the budget, but obviously the budget gets filed later,” said Governor Baker.
The State of the Commonwealth will air Live on 22News starting at 7:30 p.m., and Live Stream on WWLP.com. We will have a complete wrap of the Governor’s major talking points for you at 10PM on The CW Springfield and at 11PM on 22News.
