BERLIN, Conn. (AP) — Police say a 19-year-old Berlin man is dead after an early-morning one-car crash.
Police responded to a report of an accident around 12:30 Saturday morning on Wethersfield Road.
The teenager, who was the only person in the car, was pronounced dead at the scene. Police have not released his identity.
Investigators say it appears the teen lost control of the vehicle and struck a tree on the side of the road.
Police say he lived near the crash scene and was likely on his way home.
The crash remains under investigation.
