Not too late to get records from Baystate Noble

Paper work will be shredded on Jan. 2nd

WESTFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) – Former patients at Baystate Noble Hospital in Westfield still have time to obtain medical records dating back more than 20 years.

Baystate Noble intends to destroy patient medical records from before December 31, 1995. They’ll hit the shredder January 2, 2016.

Those records include both in-patient and out-patient care and surgery. If you want to save your paper work, you need to contact the hospital before the New Year.

However, the records will be kept for anyone who became a patient after January 1, 1996.
