HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) — An Uber driver was attacked with a stun gun and his iPhone was stolen from his car Thursday night.
Hartford Police say the driver picked up four men on Westland Street in Hartford just after 9:00 p.m. As he drove onto Holcomb Street, the driver says one of the suspects shot him with a stun gun, stole his phone and fled north.
The driver described three of the men as being between 20 and 25 years old. One suspect wore a red hooded sweatshirt, the second wore a black jacket and had a black backpack while the third was not wearing a shirt during the incident. The driver was not able to identify the fourth man involved.
