WINDSOR LOCKS, Conn. (WWLP) – People planning to travel Southwest Airlines on Monday may run into significant delays.
On Sunday, 450 of their 3,600 flights were delayed due to technical difficulties with its website and mobile app, as well as its reservation centers and check-in systems.
The airline carrier is now resorting to a back-up system to check-in travelers who don’t have a printed ticket. Passengers traveling Monday are asked to arrive at least two hours before their departure time.
Passengers are also asked to print your boarding pass from home before getting to the airport.
