Greenfield 3-1-1 simplifies problem reporting

GREENFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) – The town of Greenfield has made it easier for residents to report quality-of-life issues.

Residents here in Greenfield now can request services online.

It’s called Greenfield 3-1-1, and it allows residents to document neighborhood concerns like damaged sidewalks, littering and malfunctioning traffic signals. And residents can do this all online.

Greenfield resident Maria Danielson told 22News, she’s pleased that people will be able to report issues in their communities more easily. “I think it’s great that they’re doing this. Greenfield, I really appreciate how responsive Greenfield is to its citizens here. It’s a town that really cares for citizens and it’s really working towards a better future here.”

The Greenfield Mayor’s Office told 22News that pretty soon, residents here will even be able to report issues through apps on their iPhones or Android devices.
