(WESH) – A high school football coach is accused of assaulting a referee at a Saturday night game in Kissimmee, according to the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies said Leo Davis, 36, is seen on video punching the referee in the face after he made a call that upset several coaches and parents at Liberty High School.
Investigators said they were later able to locate and arrest Davis, who they said was speeding away from the school.
The referee, who works for the Central Florida Athletic association, suffered minor injuries.
